All services are delivered online, using platforms like Zoom, WhatsApp, FlexiFunnels, ConvertKit, Notion, Canva, or email.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • We accept payments via Instamojo, cashfree or other approved payment gateways.
  • Prices listed are final and non-negotiable unless a custom package is being discussed.
  • GST or other applicable taxes may be added where required.

4. Refund Policy

Typical delivery times:

  • Refunds are issued only if work has not started and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
  • Once a project has begun (e.g., onboarding call held, materials reviewed, or setup started), no refund will be processed.
  • Digital products (like templates or downloadable resources) are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Timelines

Typical delivery times:

  • Strategy Calls: within 1–2 business days after booking
  • Funnel & Website Setup: 5–10 business days
  • Email Automation & AI Agents: 3–7 business days

Delays may occur in case of client unresponsiveness, incomplete inputs, or technical issues. We will inform you in such cases.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide clear instructions, necessary content, and prompt feedback.
  • Failure to do so within a reasonable time may result in project delays or cancellation without refund.
  • You agree not to use our services for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, funnels, templates, or documents created by MOMILU remain intellectual property of MOMILU Academy unless otherwise stated.
  • Clients may use them for personal/business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or copying for third parties is strictly prohibited without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

MOMILU Academy shall not be liable for:

  • Losses due to third-party platform downtimes (e.g., FlexiFunnels, ConvertKit)
  • Business outcomes, income claims, or platform-specific performance
  • Client-side implementation errors or tech failures

We provide tools and strategy. Results depend on your offer, effort, and execution.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
