We also provide business strategy and consultation, email marketing and course launch support, coaching sessions, and AI agent setup. All services are delivered online using tools such as Zoom, WhatsApp, FlexiFunnels, Mailchimp, Notion, Canva or email.
Payment terms
- Payments are due in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- We accept payments through Cashfree (India, INR) and PayPal (international, USD), or other approved gateways.
- Prices listed are final unless a custom package is being discussed.
- GST or other applicable taxes may be added where required.
Monthly services & cancellation
Get More Qualified Opportunities and MOMILU Care are billed monthly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if work has not started, requested within 7 days of payment, and reviewed case by case. Once a project has begun, no refund is processed. Digital products such as the ebook, templates and downloads are non-refundable.

Delays may occur if you are unresponsive, inputs are incomplete or technical issues arise. We will inform you if that happens.
Client responsibilities
- Complete the client onboarding form after purchase and provide clear instructions, content and prompt feedback.
- Delays in providing these may cause project delays or cancellation without refund.
- Do not use our services for illegal, unethical or harmful purposes.
Intellectual property
- Designs, funnels, templates and documents created by MOMILU remain the intellectual property of MOMILU SUCCESS unless otherwise stated.
- You may use them for your own personal or business purposes. Redistribution, resale or copying for third parties is prohibited without written consent.
Limitation of liability
MOMILU SUCCESS is not liable for:
- Losses caused by third-party platform downtime (for example FlexiFunnels, Mailchimp, Cashfree or PayPal)
- Business outcomes, income or lead claims, or platform-specific performance
- Client-side implementation errors or technical failures
